Timents Terms & Conditions

1. Using the Service

Timents is a date-first social product built around moments, shared stories, social relationships, invite access, and related website and app surfaces. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Timents. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

3. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate account and profile information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and device access.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our breach.
• Timents may require profile completion, date of birth, and legal-consent confirmation before granting full access.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, captions, comments, profile content, and other material you submit to Timents ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Timents a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical purposes, display, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and support the Service and your selected sharing settings.

You represent that you have the rights needed to share your User Content and that your content does not violate the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights.

5. Visibility, sharing, and collaboration

Timents includes account-visibility controls, story collaboration, and different sharing modes for moments. You are responsible for choosing appropriate settings and understanding that content shared with others may be copied, remembered, or discussed by the people who can access it. Public content may be visible more broadly within the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Timents to:

• Violate law or infringe another person’s rights.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, or exploit other people.
• Upload malware, interfere with the Service, scrape the platform, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Share content you do not have permission to use or distribute.
• Abuse invite systems, growth loops, notifications, or community features.
• Create deceptive accounts, fake engagement, or manipulate visibility or ranking systems.

7. Invites, waitlists, and beta status

Some versions of Timents may be invite-only, waitlist-gated, or otherwise limited in availability. Invite codes may have usage limits, may be revoked, and do not guarantee permanent access. Features, interfaces, and account flows may change materially while the Service is in beta or staged rollout.

8. Third-party services

Timents may rely on third-party services, including cloud infrastructure, sign-in providers, storage providers, and device-notification systems. Those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Suspension and termination

Timents may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the platform, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. If self-service account deletion is not available in your app version, contact legal@timents.com or privacy@timents.com.

10. Availability and disclaimers

Timents is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, permanent storage, or that every feature will remain available in its current form.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timents and its affiliates, founders, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may revise the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
